General Website Usage Terms & Conditions

When you use this website, the IP address of your internet connection (usually provided by your ISP) will be logged. We may also hold details of your transaction offline for as long as is necessary to comply with the law (for example, for tax and auditing purposes), and for as long as is deemed to be in the legitimate interests of the organisation.

Your rights to view and request changes to your transaction history

You have the ability to view your transaction history on this live website for so long as it is retained on this website. Transaction history would not usually be held on the live website for longer than 1 month following the date of completion of the transaction. Transaction history may be held in secure 'non-live' website backups for a period of 6 months following the date of deletion from the live website.

Who else has access to your transaction history

We will not seek to disclose your transaction history to any third-party outside of our organisation unless that is lawful and necessary.

Your transaction details and/or other personal information may be accessible to third-party service suppliers, or technical support contractors and consultants, who are working on our website. Technical support contractors and consultants would be registered with the Data Commissioner's Office as Data Controllers.

If details of your transactions and/or other personal data is transferred to be stored or processed outside of the UK (for example, when using PayPal or Stripe to pay online), we will seek to ensure that it that it is only sent to organisations that have agreed to provide equivalent data protections as are required in UK and EU. For example, if transferred to the USA, organisations would need to have demonstrated compliance with the EU-US Privacy Shield Arrangement.

If you have opted in to our email list to receive newsletters, we will use your personal details for that purpose. You are free to opt-out at any time, by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link on the newsletter emails you receive, or contacting us to request that we remove you.
